Create a test suite that does secondary reads and also kills secondaries

      We recently encountered a bug that didn't fail very often because it only happened in very rare scenarios and we think a suite like this would have caused it to fail more loudly.

      This could build on top of the existing secondary reads passthrough and use the PeriodicKillSecondaries hook.
