As a server engineer, 

I want burn_in_tags compile distro to be dynamically selected based on which base variants are provided to the script

So that adding a new variant would pick up the right distro

AC:

• burn_in_tags picks distro based on buildvariant (i.e. a Windows buildvariant will not run compile on rhe162-large)
