      • totalWaitingForVotesDurationMicros - Time all coordinators have spent waiting for participants to respond to `prepareTransaction` (cumulative over the life of the mongod).
      • totalWaitingForDecisionAcksDurationMicros - Time all coordinators have spent waiting for participants to acknowledge the commit/abort decision (cumulative over the life of the mongod).
