mongodump should be more quiet

      At some point, the fix for server-564 was overwritten:
      https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/tools/dump.cpp#L40

      mongodump again spews to stderr when it shouldn't. It should also have a --quiet flag to turn off all output altogether.
