      Update commandsRemovedFromMongosIn42, commandsAddedFromMongosIn42, and commandsAddedToMongos in44 once we have finished all the binary switches as part of the official 4.4 upgrade process. These can be found in https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/jstests/sharding/database_and_shard_versioning_all_commands.js and https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/jstests/sharding/libs/last_stable_mongos_commands.js.
