The createIndexes supports an alternate mode for building indexes on a standalone or primary replica set node. This is enabled via the enableIndexBuildsCoordinatorForCreateIndexesCommand startup server parameter. To support testing for SERVER-39454, it would be useful to add a builder to Evergreen that enables this createIndexes mode.
