Prepared transactions are not supposed in this variant. We could make the fuzzer run without prepared transactions, but it would be a lot of work and currently the fuzzer is mostly geared towards testing prepare. If we ever decide to do PM-1079 we can increase the scope of the fuzzer and look into re-enabling it on this variant.
