      SCons cache mount script is not generated for Windows 2008R2 before execution.
      It causes failure of 2 tasks:

      • stitch_support_create_lib
      • stitch_support_install_tests

      with errror:

      sh: line 57: ./win_mount.sh: No such file or directory
