Add a way to get stats on number of queries that hit an index, per collection

      I'd like to be able to get stats (or a report over some period of time) per collection, of how many queries have hit an index (which index would be nice, but even just that they hit any index would be really useful to know) vs. how many ran without hitting any index at all.
