Remove hard coded exit 0 on "cleanup environment" function

      I recently added this line to evergreen.yml to ensure that the "cleanup environment" function doesn't cause tasks to fail when it errors: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/b0cec0a0df890b6f29e414fab63b951f1effd996/etc/evergreen.yml#L2248

      We should remove this line when the "cleanup environment" error is fixed as part of https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/BUILD-6027
