Need uptime for cluster

      Currently rs.status shows the indiv uptimes for each of the nodes in the cluster. Need a method to query for how long the cluster has been active (atleast one node).
      Additionally would be good to have separate indicators for how long the cluster has been active (at least 1 node alive) to how long it has had a quorum up (writeable).
