stacktrace: investigate somap missing entry for __libc_start_main

      On RHEL6, __libc_start_main is from a segment with a base address, according to dladdr.
      But no segment with that address appears in the stacktrace somap.

      Other functions don't have this problem. Figure out why.

      SERVER-43420 added a TODO to stacktrace_test.cpp for this.
