This ticket is intended to serve as a placeholder for the discussion that came out of ~~SERVER-43356~~ on whether or not to still keep this suite around.

On one hand, this suite is able to generate BFs for unrecoverable rollbacks (see ~~SERVER-43356~~). On the other hand, the suite has also hit real bugs, like ~~SERVER-38925~~.
