Minor - P4 Index creation on the mobile storage engine is handled by the runCreateIndexesForMobile function in create_indexes.cpp. When the index build is interrupted and has to be cleaned up, we may not have the necessary locks in place, leading to this invariant introduced in SERVER-43415.
