      When starting shards as replica sets, migration_between_mixed_FCV_mixed_version_mongods.js fails this check for the "majority read concern off" variant with the error FailedToSatisfyReadPreference instead of IncompatibleServerVersion. It seems to be related to the write concern changes introduced in SERVER-43769.
