Currently, when starting shards as replica sets, these tests fail during the set up stage of aggregate_$searchBeta when trying to initialize ReplSetTest in runCommandOnEachPrimary with the error "command replSetGetConfig requires authentication". These required changes are related to SERVER-14017.
