Database file keeps growing even though the block manager says there is over 6GB of space free

      From the attached screenshot:

      a) The number of available bytes for reuse > 6GB

      b) However the DB is constantly growing and the file size of this collection is constantly increasing.

      This appears to be only an issue since moving over to 3.6.13. 

      Any ideas why the existing space is not being used first?
