Reduce frequency of exotic build variants

      It appears we forgot to set the frequency to some of the exotic build variants on master and v4.2, which means they are still running on the default (hourly) basis.

      The following builds should be reduce to 1 time/day:

      • Enterprise RHEL 6.2 (flow control off)
      • Enterprise RHEL 6.2 (large transactions format)
      • Enterprise RHEL 6.2 (majority read concern off)
      • Enterprise RHEL 8.0
