After the waitForFailPoint command is released in 4.2, we should update the remaining tests (in sharding_last_stable_mongos_and_mixed_shards suite and multiversion suite) that use waitForFailpoint function to use the waitForFailPoint command instead, and remove waitForFailpoint function from sharded_transactions_helpers.js.
