Blacklist tests that initiate a replica set through runCommand from multiversion suites

      Some tests like replsets/auth1.js initiate a replica set through runCommand rather than through ReplSetTest. We should blacklist them from the multiversion suites since these tests won't have support for mixed replica set testing.
