Remove server and build logic for compiling OS X and Windows with OpenSSL

      Our OS X and Windows builders that compile with OpenSSL support have been disabled. We should remove the non-Linux logic in the OpenSSL SSLManager, and remove buildsystem support for building against OpenSSL on non-Linux plaforms.
