update is too slow when the chunk migration

      hi  

          i found the update operation would be too slow when the balancer is running( from  2019-11-27T13:40:00+0800  to  2019-11-27T14:50:00+0800     ), so i want to  check the chunk migration would  influence the performance of the sharding cluster;

          after stopping the balancer, the update operation will be ok.
