We currently pass a BSONVersion argument to BSONValidate, but it has not been used since bumping the featureCompatibilityVersion to 3.6 in June 2017, commit r3.5.8-145-g67500efdc1. That commit removed the use of code depending on BSONVersion::kV1_0. So, remove this enum altogether including from all callers.
