Ignore metrics temp files in FTDCFileManager

      Based on build failures, the FTDCFileManager may see the metrics.interim.temp during directory traversal even though it was deleted as part of a rename in FTDCFileWriter::writeInterimFileBuffer. The FTDCFileManager will need to simply skip this file.
