As a part of SERVER-45310, read_operations_during_step_up.js was tagged with requires_fcv_44. It will be compatible to run in multiversion tests once BACKPORT-5726 is complete.

At the same time, we should also add read_operations_during_step_down.js, no_disconnect_on_stepdown.js, step_down_on_secondary, kill_reads_with_prepare_conflicts_during_step_up.js, and kill_reads_with_prepare_conflicts_during_step_down.js because they are currently failing in the multiversion suite.
