The lsid and txnNumber currently used on the MigrationSourceManager side are not needed since the writes they are used with, removing the deletion task on the recipient and marking the deletion task on the donor ready, are idempotent already. Also, these will now conflict with the retryable write of the deletion task on the recipient.
