burn_in_tags_bypass_compile is not looking at the correct task

      The burn_in_tags_bypass_compile scripts is not looking at the correct task to download the compiled artifacts from. As a result, all compile tasks generated from burn_in_tags are recompiling the server instead of just downloading already compiled files. It looks like this has been happening since August.
