There are tests in the SSL suite which attempt to initiate replicasets with illegal configurations. This allows us to assert that nodes with known incompatible or bad configs cannot assemble into a set, validating our assumptions. However, the hang analyser appears to fire when these sets assemble. Because there is no bug which we need to examine, we should not activate the hang analyzer.
