hostInfo identifies Windows Server 2019 as Windows Server 2016

      Hello,

      on a Windows Server 2019 system, MongoDB 4.2.3 identifies the OS via hostInfo command as Windows Server 2016. I first encountered this problem at a customer this week and reproduced it in AWS, see attached screenshot.
