I want to know that any changes made to code related to buildscripts/selected_tests_py will be tested via and end to end test of buildscripts/selected_tests_py, so that I can be sure that the script and its dependencies are functioning correctly.

AC:

• At least 1 end to end tests for buildscripts/selected_tests_py exists and is run as part of "buildscripts_test".
