Full rsync: build index in background

      Hello,

      Environnement: replica set 1primary(1.8.3) + 1secondary(2.0.2) + 1arbiter.

      Secondary has been offline (RS102) and is now too far behind to catch up, I will need to resync.
      I perform full resync, but always crashed when build index.
      I have 200 000 000 docs on my collection and 3index. Crash appear on second index's building.
      I try to increase oplog'size and make rsync during low primary activity, no success ...

      it's possible to build index in background? someone have an idea/solutions ?
