ephemeralForTest builder shouldn't run test with requires_sharding tag

      The FCV 4.4 migration protocol involves doing a retryable write against the recipient shard, and retryable writes are not supported on storage engines without document-level concurrency. We should skip running JavaScript tests tagged with requires_sharding on the Linux (ephemeralForTest) build variant.
