Archive targets don't include shared library dependencies which are only reachable via LIBDEPS_PRIVATE

      If you build the install-x target, it correctly includes all the required dynamic dependencies. However, archive-x seems to not include any libraries that are only reachable via LIBDEPS_PRIVATE. This is a puzzle as the archive-x targets use the same infrastructure too manage the dependency walk.
