bump_transaction_prevents_extra_deletion_task_write.js checks recipient for deleted task instead of donor

      This test initiates a step down to force the migration to abort, however, on recovery it checks if the deletion task was deleted on the recipient. This is incorrect since when the migration aborts, the task is deleted on the source.
