Add back original tests of cleanupOrphaned, but with shards running with disableResumableRangeDeleter=true

      The original tests of cleanupOrphaned test the behavior that cleanupOrphaned will have in v4.4, FCV 4.2, and in v4.4, FCV 4.4+ when the 'disableResumableRangeDeleter' parameter is true.
