~~SERVER-47083~~ disables the multiversion passthroughs. Once the FCV is bumped to 4.6, we should re-enable them promptly.
We should also re-enable the burn_in_multiversion task (~~SERVER-47318~~), and multiversion_sanity_check_gen (~~SERVER-46830~~).
