For some test suites, like replica_sets_multiversion and sharding_multiversion, in order to reproduce a failure with a specific seed you have to set the TestData.seed in a Javascript test file. It would be convenient if this could be set from the resmoke command line via a new parameter i.e. --testDataSeed that gets passed to the shell.
