If it is possible to have a burn_in_tests.py variant for local use that does not need to specify an evergreen variant or have any evergreen dependencies, that would also be ideal.
In the past, burn_in_tests.py could be used to run all changed tests locally in all relevant suites, without use of evergreen. It would be convenient to have a local version of burn_in_tests.py that could do this.
