Test that confirms that index hiding is only possible in FCV 4.6 and that unhiding is possible in both FCV 4.6 and 4.4.
Test that confirms a binary 4.4 mongod will fail to start gracefully when the index catalog has a hidden index.
Test that a 4.4 binary initial-syncing from a binary 4.6 / FCV 4.4 node will fail gracefully when encountering a hidden index.
