4.4 mongod fails to start up if any collection has recordPreImage enabled

      The recordPreImage feature added in 4.4 requires the FCV to be set to 4.4 at startup. I am able to set the flag on a 4.4 server, but it is not validated properly at startup and the server fails to start.
