V8 sharding tests taking 10x as long as spidermonkey

      When all the tests pass in the sharding suite for the Linux V8 builder, the suite takes 5 1/2 hours:

      On the Linux 64-bit builder (using Spidermonkey), the suite takes ~1/2 hour.
