Installing MongoDB to D: causes some files to install on D, some others on C

      Run MongoDB Community Server installation (x64) 4.2.6

      When installing to a custom directory on D, some files are exported to this directory, some others to default path: C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\4.2

      It felt a bit confusing.
