Increase build frequency for WiredTiger develop build variants

      The "WiredTiger develop" build variants in the MongoDB master Evergreen project are currently set to run once per day. In order to provide a more timely signal of breaking changes from the WiredTiger develop branch, we'd like to increase the build frequency to a few times per day.
