      Turn on replica_sets_reconfig_jscore_stepdown_passthrough on 4.4 by adding it to the corresponding variants.

      As a part of this ticket, we should cover the work in BACKPORT-7050 (decrease job number used by this suite) and BACKPORT-6800 (run on large distro).
