Unblacklist auth tests that use the 'mixedShardTest' helper

      The tests were blacklisted on master and made to run only in FCV 4.2 as part of SERVER-47992, because auth does not work with replica set shards in ShardingTest, and the resumable range deleter, which is always on in FCV 4.4+, does not work on standalone shards.
