We should extend the following tests: 1_test_launching_replset.js, 2_test_launching_cluster.js, 3_upgrade_replset.js , skip_level_upgrade.js to test the new mixed cluster configurations possible now that we are adding the notion of "last-lts" and "last-continuous".
