Standalone node cannot startup with 'recordPreImages' found to be set in a collection's metadata

      v4.4 backup restore is running into startup failures when recovering a mongod possessing 'recordPreImages' in a collection's persisted metadata. This code errors if not in replica set mode, and it is called by Collection::init, which is part of server startup.
