Test hangs at the end due to the way we shut down. We can't deliver SIGTERM so we push a shutdown command over the wire to the servers. They shutdown but for some reason the mongobridge processes do not shut down and hang forever waiting for the client to send more messages.
For now I am disabling the test on Windows.
