Update pre-4.4 perf and sys-perf to use new DSI and Genny

      This is intended to be the very last ticket in PM-1822.

      Revert SERVER-49786 (and backports) to use the master versions of DSI and Genny. Update the following yamls to use the new DSI calling semantics (copy/paste) in master.

      1. sys-perf-4.2
      2. sys-perf-4.0
      3. sys-perf-3.6
      4. performance-4.2
      5. performance-4.0
      6. performance-3.6

      While here, use mongodb/genny.git rather than 10gen/genny.
