In SERVER-49356 the declarations for the mongod and mongos {{Program}}s were relocated. The reverse dependency edges in the enterprise repo were updated, but there are also apparently a few in the community repo, and those were overlooked. The declarations should be updated to specify the new locations of the binaries.
